Procurement Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with purchasing activities, maintain vendor records, and support the procurement process to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

• 5 CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English (or equivalent)

• Certification or coursework in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain is an asset

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or procurement-related role

• Liaising with both local and overseas vendors for the procurement of goods and services.

• Coordinating deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods - from point of procurement until delivery to Project.

• Verifying supplier invoices and delivery documentation before processing for payment.

• Managing and filing procurement records digitally and physically.

• Monitoring inventory levels and generating restock alerts when needed.

• Participating in procurement-related audits and performance reviews.

• on behalf of the company, and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate departments.

• Filing of your purchases and payment bills when required.

• Assist the Procurement Manager in the preparation and submissions of Government Bids when required.
