OIL AND GAS OPPORTUNITY
The P&GA Advisor plays a key role in building the capabilities of the P&GA teams to provide consistent and effective community relations support to field operations. This role partners with key functions such as Operations, Land Services, Security, Environmental Affairs, and GREF to address landowner matters and enable production activities. The position requires a working level of independence and practical experience.
Diploma, bachelor's degree, or 10+ years’ relevant experience.
Solid understanding of hydrocarbon resource law and local government operations.
Skilled negotiator with experience collaborating with field staff and landowners.
Strong contract management and leadership abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work effectively with virtual and multicultural teams.
Support development and implementation of P&GA strategies, annual plans, and budgets.
Ensure P&GA activities align with SSHE standards and company policies.
Assist in drafting and updating P&GA policies and procedures.
Coordinate with field teams to address landowner and community issues.
Facilitate and lead engagement with local government and regulatory stakeholders.
Provide negotiation support and guidance to field officers.
Foster strong relationships with local government entities and community stakeholders.
