We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle basic administrative and financial tasks, including recording bills, preparing invoices and receipts for customers, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Seeking a candidate who resides on EBD.
A technical or administrative course is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with invoicing or basic accounting is a plus
Record and organize incoming bills and expenses
Prepare invoices and receipts for customers accurately and on time
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Support basic accounting and document tracking
Answer phone calls, emails, and assist visitors when needed
Help with general office tasks such as ordering supplies, photocopying, and scanning
Coordinate with other departments when necessary
