The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance throughout the shipping process. This role involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from package drop-off to delivery.
Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including English and Mathematics.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, shipping, or a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and professional appearance.
Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, and online in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information on shipping services, rates, insurance, customs regulations, and delivery timelines.
Track and update customers on the status of their shipments.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations staff to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Follow up with customers after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and promotions.
