The recruited Senior Accounts Clerk will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the preparation, maintenance and/or verifying a variety of accounting records and reporting including resolving discrepancies, establish and maintain various files and records.
QUALIFICATIONS
Have at least two years’ experience in a similar capacity or have the ability to quickly learn and be receptive to training
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Quickbooks Accounting Software.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
1. Recording of financial information in a timely and accurate manner into the accounting system.
2. Preparation of Various Financials Reports including Financial Statements when necessary.
3. Ensure statutory returns such as VAT, NIS, and PAYE etc. are lodged and paid in a timely manner.
4. Reconciliations of Bank Accounts, General Ledgers and supplier/ Customer Accounts.
5. Posting of Journals and verification of all financial information and account balances.
6. Supervise and coordinate daily operating activities & supervising the finance team to ensure work is done in an efficient and effective manner.
7. Any other duties assigned.
