We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working on a variety of tasks across campaigns, content, and client coordination.
● Must be comfortable using Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, and Canva
● Must be online, responsive, and available to support shifting daily priorities
● Strong written and verbal communication skills—comfortable proofing, editing, and polishing content
● Able to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks and timelines with minimal supervision
● Should ask proactive questions, seek clarity, and take initiative when things are ambiguous
● Must have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to "check the work before it goes out"
● Adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with multiple stakeholders
● Enthusiastic team player with a no-task-too-small mindset
● Provide day-to-day support across marketing initiatives, including scheduling, asset coordination, and administrative follow-up
● Assist in drafting copy for email campaigns, social posts, and internal documents as needed
● Help manage and update Asana boards for various client and internal projects
● Conduct light research to support content creation, competitor audits, and strategic planning
● Coordinate deliverables across internal creative teams and external vendors
● Organize and maintain shared drives, project folders, and creative assets
● QA marketing materials (emails, social, print, etc.) for typos, links, and brand accuracy
● Track progress on assigned tasks and proactively communicate status updates
● Provide support during client meetings and brainstorms by taking notes, summarizing action items, and following up on next steps
