The Kiosk Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and selling. This role includes maintaining product quality, managing the cleanliness of the kiosk, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an asset (but not required).
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
Maintain a clean and organized kiosk at all times
Handle cash and digital transactions accurately
Restock supplies and assist with daily setup/closing
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
