We are seeking motivated Accounts Clerk to support the Finance Department by performing routine accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with the preparation of reports. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
Five (5) CSEC Subjects
Ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft and QuickBooks
At least two (2) years Accounting Experience or similar field
Process invoices, receipts, and payments
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
Perform account reconciliation
Maintain filing systems for financial documents
Provide assistance to the Accountant/Finance Manager as required
Perform other related duties as assigned
