The Data Entry Clerk plays a key role in inputting, revising, and managing data within multiple platforms, helping maintain data accuracy and privacy while contributing to smooth business operations.

Requirements

CXC certificates including Maths and English.

Typing proficiency and attention to detail.

Must be able to multi-task and work in a hi-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers).

Responsibilities

  1. Following data entry protocols and company standards.

  2. Responding to data inquiries and providing requested information.

  3. Organizing and storing documents for easy retrieval.

  4. Verifying accuracy of data before entering it into the system.

  5. Inputting data from various sources into digital databases or spreadsheets.

  6. Updating records and correcting errors in existing data.
