The maintenance technician is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. This includes coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field.
Two years of experience, preferably in hotel engineering.
Fair knowledge of building systems, safety protocols and sustainable practices
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Take care of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems of the hotel
Align with the preventive maintenance program
Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely repairs to maintain property standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
Maintain records and logs of maintenance activities
