Experience

• At least 2 years’ work experience in food safety/restaurant environment

• Diploma or Certificate in Food Science or Biology/Chemistry.

• 3 years experience in the Fast Food or related industry.

• Periodically oversees daily production and monitor all quality and food safety records for adherence to specifications to ensure restaurants readiness to internal and external food safety and quality audits.
• Assist with food safety related customer complaint investigations, corrective action plans and generation of response to customers.
• Make sure all employees adhere to all established Quality programs, rules and regulations. Any other duties with scope, as assigned.
