Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Food Science or Biology/Chemistry.
3 years experience in the Fast Food or related industry.
Responsibilities
Periodically oversees daily production and monitor all quality and food safety records for adherence to specifications to ensure restaurants readiness to internal and external food safety and quality audits.
Assist with food safety related customer complaint investigations, corrective action plans and generation of response to customers.
Make sure all employees adhere to all established Quality programs, rules and regulations. Any other duties with scope, as assigned.
