Description

As a Television Studio Operator, you will play a pivotal role in the technical operations and production within our television studio. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the setup, operation, and maintenance of studio equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient television broadcasts.

Requirements

  • Passes in 5 CSEC Subjects, Grades 1-3 (including Maths and English).

  • Must have a working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop)

  • Must have at least 1 Years' experience in Television production.

  • Experience in graphic design will be an asset.

Responsibilities

Studio Setup and Maintenance: Prepare and maintain the television studio for production activities, including setting up cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other technical gear required for recording or live broadcasts.

Technical Operations: Operate studio equipment during live or recorded television broadcasts, ensuring all technical elements (cameras, audio, lighting, graphics, etc.) function correctly and in accordance with production requirements.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions during broadcasts. Conduct routine checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with other production staff to execute the company's vision effectively. Follow cues and instructions during live broadcasts, ensuring a seamless production process.
