Direct and coordinate, through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with production of company bakery products, utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment; plant layout, and production capacities of each department; certify that products are made to customers' specifications and delivered on time; maintain job performance, quality standards and house- keeping practices.

Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
Manage employee timekeeping, attendance, and shift scheduling.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial control reports
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations
