·        A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, complemented by business education or equivalent experience.
Proven track record as a Business Development Manager, preferably within a technical domain.

·        Deep understanding of technology sector trends and market dynamics.

·        Exceptional negotiation prowess with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.

·        Proficiency in communicating effectively across technical and non-technical domains.

·        Strategic acumen and a knack for devising innovative solutions to business challenges.


·        Formulate strategic initiatives to bolster market presence and uncover untapped business prospects.

·        Conduct comprehensive analyses of market dynamics, competition, and emerging technologies to propel organizational growth.

·        Gather, analyze, and present pertinent market and customer insights.
Translate product features into compelling value propositions for our clientele.

·        Cultivate enduring partnerships with clients, collaborators, and key stakeholders.

·        Identify synergistic opportunities and forge strategic alliances.

·        Lead the sales cycle from inception to closure, encompassing proposal crafting and negotiation.

·        Surpass sales targets while contributing significantly to revenue augmentation.

·        Articulate complex technical concepts into accessible value propositions for diverse stakeholders.

·        Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients to ensure optimal satisfaction.

·        Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and operations, to achieve collective objectives.
