NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB
The B2B representative will connect with IT buyers to generate client leads. They will function as Telemarketing (outbound calls) sales representatives with the goal of communicating with potential leads to learn more about them and get permission for further outreach
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of one-year prior experience in a fast-paced outbound B2B call center
Working knowledge of outbound call center systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Verbal and written proficiency in English
Patient and able to handle and overcome rejection
High School Diploma (some college level is a plus)
The ability to research and QA data is a plus

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Use calling scripts to collect appropriate information from prospects.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the prospect’s wants and needs.
Persuade the prospect to engage in a follow-up call.
Record the prospect’s information diligently and accurately in the system.
Handle objections and evasions from prospects.
