Demerara Distillers Limited is looking for interested persons to apply for the position of Handyman.
· Experience a similar area of work would be an asset

Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs for plumbing and electrical issues
Carry out painting, filling crevices, changing light bulbs, assist with cleaning windows and glass doors
Support the cleaning / janitorial team as needed; maintain the cleanliness of surrounding areas such as parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, etc.
Perform routine maintenance on appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers and escalate issues to supervisor as needed
Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs
Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner, and notify supervisor
Comply with all health and safety requirements
