The Finance Clerk is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support daily business operations. Their duties include responding to phone calls or emails, maintaining an organized filing system and restocking office supplies as needed.
5 CXC or GCE passes, including Mathematics and English
Successfully completed the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) program.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Minimum of 2 years working experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a similar position would be considered an asset.
Ability to use Accounting Software.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Well organized, punctual, and committed.
Mature and must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preparation and data entry of Receipts, Cheque and Cash Payments.
Prepare monthly payroll along with NIS, PAYE & VAT returns.
Daily cash report and reconcile cash.
Update cheque register and prepare Bank reconciliations.
Allocation of payments on customer accounts
Prepare receivables and Payables Reports.
Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
Any other related duties.
