Understanding of Infection Control
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
Lead, train, and support a compassionate team of nurses, caregivers, and support staff.
Oversee staff scheduling, and performance reviews, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of residents, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
Foster a family-like atmosphere by maintaining open communication with residents, families, and staff.
Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and comfortable for residents at all times.

Our 2019/2020 expansion of services is now geared to offer Industrial Medicine to the corporate and Oil and Gas entities which include fit for return to work, fit to fly, Doctors’ reports along with pre-employment, and annual health checks.
We have upgraded our Certified Lab (which continues to gain awards from the local and Caribbean Bureau of Standards) to include specific requirements in TB Testing using Quantiferon Gold Standard which we give a status card to the patient after testing negative.
