To develop & deliver high quality training to internal and external personnel.
BSc degree in Management Studies or equivalent qualification
At least One (1) year experience Teaching or Training at a reputable organization or institution.
Minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience
Excellent facilitation, team building, analytical, interpersonal, creative and communication skills
Ability to work as part of cross functional teams and within specified timelines
High level of customer orientation and confidentiality
Knowledge of service and service delivery
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Proficiency with MS Office
Ensuring the delivery of training programmes designed to satisfy the need for competent, professional personnel within the GKRS Guyana network.
Constantly updating the training programmes to reflect industry standards and the requirements of the regulators and Western Union International.
Developing training manuals for products and services within the portfolio managed.
Sourcing training materials and other support media to enhance the delivery of training.
Facilitating training sessions based on agreed training schedule.
Acting as ‘point-of-reference’ for screening and administering, evaluating, and decision of certification for trainees.
Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program based on post-training feedback and the performance of the CSRs in the network.
Analyzing training results to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement of the programmes delivered.
Establishing and maintaining filing system for training records and internal correspondence.
Preparing and distributing correspondence pertaining to the training functions for the sub-agent network.
Ensuring maintenance of CSR Access database for all CSRs in the network.
Coordinating and conducting training seminars.
Ensuring service level agreements are maintained giving considerations to quality service delivery.
Any other duties assigned.
