The Information Management Technician will be responsible for managing information systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining effective communication with the team.
Diploma in Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in metadata management and use of Microsoft Office applications Information Technology and Information Management skills
Experience in managing information systems and providing technical support
Experience with network and server administration
Familiarity with database management and security protocols
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Participate in information management initiatives and projects.
Apply the policies, standards, procedures and guidelines regarding technical information
Create/advise on taxonomy and metadata creation and maintenance Operate information systems to maintain indexes for classification systems and to manage and retrieve health records information
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the management of technical information
Managing disaster recovery plans, replications, and backups of database files and company servers for redundancy
