Facilities Assistant

The Facilities Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing essential cleaning, maintenance, and support services. The incumbent will be responsible for creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests, staff, and clients.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role (a plus)

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards


  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and workspaces

  • Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal

  • Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms

  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions

  • Assist with minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, replacing air filters)

  • Set up and breakdown furniture for events or meetings (if applicable)

  • Ensure the safety and security of the facility by adhering to company protocols

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
