 We are a fast-growing food delivery app and service company, connecting customers with their favorite restaurants and delivering delicious meals straight to their doorstep. As our business expands, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient delivery operations, optimizing routes, and providing exceptional customer service.


  1. Previous Experience (would be an asset): Proven experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a similar role, preferably within the food delivery or logistics industry.
  2. Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
  4. Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  5. Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using dispatching software, GPS tracking systems, and other relevant tools to optimize delivery operations and monitor driver activities.
  6. Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  7. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in dispatching, data recording, and all other aspects of the logistics coordination process.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs, while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  9. Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the demands of the business.


Coordinate Delivery Operations: Oversee the day-to-day dispatching and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.

Route Optimization: Utilize technology and software tools to optimize delivery routes, minimize delivery times, and maximize the efficiency of the delivery fleet.

Dispatching: Assign delivery drivers to incoming orders, taking into account driver availability, location, and workload, while ensuring fairness and balance.

Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor delivery progress, track driver locations, and address any potential issues or delays in real time to ensure on-time deliveries.

Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for customers, resolving delivery-related inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.

Driver Management: Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of delivery drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and maintain high service standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver schedules, customer interactions, and any relevant information to facilitate reporting and future reference.
