The Business Support Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the Sales and Training departments. This role involves gathering and analyzing data, Supporting the Manpower Project, generating reports, and assisting in the implementation of business strategies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
· Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data visualization tools).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with business processes and operations.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software or tools may be required depending on the organization.
· Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that processes and activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in audits and compliance reporting.
- Coordinating QMS Reviews and Communicate to all staff any changes to the QMS.

-Ensue all staff are:

3. Are trained fully QMS Processes, Forms and Procedures
- Document processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and clarity in operations.
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books, Zoho Workerly, Shared Google Files, and databases.
-Prepare quotes inn Zoho Books.
-Convert quotes to SO and then invoice.
-Ensure all PO’s and supporting documents are attached and submitted with quotes and invoices.
-Process check to ensure the customer receives the quote in the customers system.
-Check AR balances and query as necessary.
-Set up price books in Zoho Books.
-Manage Price book entries to ensure validity to contracts.
· Manpower Support:
- Collect and update time sheet data for contractors who worked prior day and submit to the People Resources department for payment processing.
- Update and maintain contractor data in Workerly
- Coordinates all deployment
-Provide general support to all contractors
· Data Analysis:
- Collect and update time sheet data for contractors who worked prior day for payments.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use statistical and analytical tools to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
· Project Support:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and initiatives.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate and support all contractors within the Manpower team with all questions and enquiries.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and information sharing.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to team members.
