Process and Finish Personnel-Trainee

As Accessory Division Process and Finish Personnel, you bring value to GKB by being responsible for all product end-finish requirements after manufacturing. 

• High School Graduate or GED or Trade School or read and write

• No experience required

• Ability to perform job duties within 90 days of hire

• Responsible for blowing out all products and ensuring clean I.D.’s.

• Introduction to job travelers

• Complete Drifting, Abrasive blasting, phosphate (zinc & manganese) coating, and electroplating on products per required specifications

• Perform painting and paint stenciling on parts, and apply preservatives on tubing per the required specification

• Responsible for applying the proper thread protectors

• Maintain a clean work environment

• Attend required meetings and training classes

• Follow the requirements of GKB’s safety program

• Other duties as assigned
