We are looking for a detail-oriented Supplies Storeroom Attendant to manage inventory and ensure the efficient operation of the storeroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing supplies while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety protocols.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse, or storeroom operations is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks; comfortable standing for long periods.

Stock Monitoring: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels; identify items that need replenishment and notify the supervisor.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of all incoming and outgoing supplies, including usage and storage locations.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and best practices in the storeroom, ensuring proper handling and storage of supplies, particularly hazardous materials.
Organization: Keep the storeroom clean, organized, and accessible, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their supply needs and address any issues related to inventory.
Waste Management: Dispose of expired or damaged supplies in accordance with safety regulations and organizational policies.
