Description

Customer Service Representative who is excellent at multitasking with exceptional communication, problem solving and time management skills.

Requirements

  • 5 CXC passes inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.

  • Computer Literate.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of the products and services offered by GKRS.

  • Positive and enthusiastic work attitude.

  • Active listener with an attitude for service.

  • Excellent rapport with customer and staff, and ability to relate to all levels of position and authority.

  • Previous work experience in a Call Centre would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • To address customer queries

  • To resolve customer complaints, collecting accurately all information relevant for resolution and ensuring timely feedback is given to the customer.

  • To handle difficult situations with the highest level of professionalism.

  • To perform duties in an effort to allow the company to achieve and maintain the performance standards that have been set.
