MovieTowne is seeking a suitably qualified individual to fill the position of Cinema Operations Supervisor. The position requires the jobholder to assist & supervise the Daily Operations of the Cinemas' Department.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
Ability to work shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of inventory and cash handling
Strong management and interpersonal skills to ensure proper management of staff.
Supervise Crew Members.
Perform quality control checks on operations and services.
Identify key customers’ issues and develop potential solutions.
Ensure that the entire department’s Crew Members meet the company’s standards at all times.
Preparation of reports.
Assist Manager with tasks as required.
Any other function that falls under the purview of this position.
