Night Receptionist

We are seeking an alert and responsible individual to join our team as a Night Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling emergency and client calls during the night, responding to radio communications, and contacting the relevant Manager or Supervisor to address any issues or emergencies that may arise.

• Secondary school education with passes in English and Mathematics.

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, security operations, or a similar role would be an asset.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to communicate clearly over the telephone and radio.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Must be alert, responsible, reliable, and punctual.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be willing and able to work night shifts.

• Good customer service skills and a professional attitude.

• Answer and respond to all incoming calls during the night shift.

• Receive and respond to radio communications from Security Officers and Supervisors.

• Handle emergency calls and immediately contact the relevant Manager or Supervisor for assistance.

• Receive client calls, concerns, and complaints and report them to the appropriate person.

• Record all important calls, incidents, complaints, and messages received during the shift.

• Follow up with the relevant Manager or Supervisor when necessary to ensure urgent matters are addressed.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and security personnel.

• Provide accurate information during shift handover regarding incidents or outstanding matters.

• Perform other related duties as required.
