This sales analyst is the primary contact between the customers and the company. The representative helps customers with complaints, gives information about the company's products and services, takes orders, processes orders, processes returns, etc. This representative acts as a link between the company suppliers to assist with customer complaints, queries, requesting supplies to add a customer to the system, etc. The representative must have the ability to analyze data for the company. This representative must at all times maintain a high level of professionalism.
Must possess at least five (5) subjects at CXC Level and two (2) years of previous sales experience
Experience in Invoicing /Billing customers' products will be an asset would be an asset.
Experience in sales analysis.
Customer service-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Creating invoices for customers
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.
Ensuring that client information details are kept up-to-date.
Handling customer complaints/queries
Ensure all returns/ credit notes are sent to be action and issue a credit note to customers
Prepare Daily Sales report
Communicate with customers on a daily basis
