We are looking for a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, drive sales performance, support supervisors, improve customer service, and ensure that all locations are properly staffed and operates with consistency, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements

  1. Bachlors degree in Business Management or related discipline.

  2. 2 Years experience in managing teams and multi-location operation

  3. Strong leadership and communication skills

  4. Experience in sales, operations, food service, retail, or hospitality will be an asset

  5. Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly

  6. Organized, accountable, and target-driven

  7. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends where required

Responsibilities

✅ Oversee daily sales and operations across all locations
✅ Support supervisors and frontline staff
✅ Monitor customer service, speed, cleanliness, and accuracy
✅ Track sales performance and operational standards
✅ Assist with recruiting staff, scheduling, reporting, stock control, and issue resolution
✅ Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
