Bachlors degree in Business Management or related discipline.
2 Years experience in managing teams and multi-location operation
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in sales, operations, food service, retail, or hospitality will be an asset
Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
Organized, accountable, and target-driven
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends where required

✅ Track sales performance and operational standards
✅ Assist with recruiting staff, scheduling, reporting, stock control, and issue resolution
