Construction Sales Representative

Construction Sales Specialist (concrete, precast square piles, construction equipment rental, piling works, and construction services)

1. Product and service knowledge: Familiar with the specifications, quality standards, pricing, and supply processes for ready-mix concrete and precast square piles. Also familiar with piling, foundation works, and related construction services.

2. Equipment rental: Familiar with rental models, equipment operating conditions, rates, and short- and long-term rental arrangements. Able to coordinate equipment rental, site deployment, and scheduling to meet project requirements.

3. Sales: Skilled in acquiring new clients, maintaining existing accounts, developing sales channels, supporting tender submissions, negotiating, preparing quotations, negotiating prices, signing contracts, following up on deliveries, and collecting payments.

4. Field work: Hold a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle. Able to visit job sites, meet clients across different areas, inspect locations, and coordinate after-sales service.

5. Industry knowledge: Familiar with the local markets for infrastructure, building construction, and municipal works. Understand construction processes and project payment arrangements, and can match solutions to client needs.

2. Broad business experience: Experienced in sales of concrete and precast square piles, equipment rental, piling works, and other construction services. Able to meet a range of client needs.

3. Well-rounded experience: Understand products, construction, the market, and negotiation, as well as common business practices and payment arrangements in the construction sector.

4. Strong execution: Hardworking and able to perform under pressure. Available for field work, travel, and on-site assignments. Service-oriented and committed to client satisfaction.

1. Construction materials sales: Responsible for selling ready-mix concrete and precast square piles. Serve general contractors, project teams, infrastructure companies, and private clients. Prepare supply proposals and quotations based on project requirements, and follow orders through production, delivery, and acceptance to ensure reliable supply.

2. Construction equipment rental: Manage the rental of various types of construction equipment. Coordinate with piling, civil works, and foundation projects; select suitable equipment based on project schedules and site conditions; negotiate rental rates and periods; and arrange equipment delivery and removal.

3. Construction service coordination: Develop and coordinate piling foundation projects, related civil works, and other construction services. Manage piling, foundation, and small-scale construction work. Inspect sites, discuss work methods, schedules, and standards, and coordinate execution with construction teams.

4. Client development and account management: Identify clients in the local area and nearby regions, and develop contacts in building construction, municipal works, roads, infrastructure, and industrial facilities. Visit clients, monitor project progress, resolve questions about supply and construction, maintain long-term business relationships, and encourage repeat business and referrals.

5. Sales and payment management: Set sales targets and organize monthly and quarterly goals. Meet contract targets and follow up on account reconciliation, invoicing, and collections to reduce payment risks and support the company’s cash flow.

6. Site visits and field work: Use my own vehicle to visit job sites, inspect locations, meet clients, carry out after-sales inspections, and respond to urgent requests.
