Senior Accounts Clerk

We are looking for a qualified and committed applicant who can fulfill the role of an Senior Accounts Clerk at our Company.

Applicant must be able to work in a fast pace environment and work well with little to no supervision

• Atleast five (5) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and Principles of Accounts

• Working experience in similar field will be an assets

·        Provide accounting support to the accounting department (receiving)

·        Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

·        Reconcile accounts in a timely manner to avoid any delays

·        Daily entry/update of financial transactions in database (QuickBooks)

·        Research, track and report accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
