The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to clients and company personnel while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence. The role supports client schedules and operational requirements, ensuring vehicles are maintained in a clean, safe, and operationally ready condition at all times.
Minimum of 5–7 years' experience as a corporate, executive, personal, or professional driver.
Experience supporting executives, VIPs, corporate clients, or international personnel is preferred.
Valid driver's licence with authorization to operate:
Passenger cars
Vans
Minibuses
Clean driving record with no major violations within the past three (3) years.

Transport executives, clients, visitors, and personnel as assigned.
Execute transportation assignments in accordance with client schedules and operational requirements.
Ensure timely arrivals and departures while maintaining flexibility to accommodate schedule changes.
Maintain assigned vehicles in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements promptly.
Monitor fuel levels, service schedules, and vehicle documentation.
Ensure all safety equipment is available and functional.
Maintain regular communication regarding schedules, route changes, delays, and operational updates.
Coordinate with operations personnel to support transportation requirements.
Provide timely reporting of incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients, personnel, schedules, destinations, and operational matters.
Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
