Control Room Operator

We are seeking alert and responsible individuals to join our Operations Room team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras, handling radio communications, responding to emergency calls, and ensuring smooth coordination of daily security operations.

• Previous experience in security operations or control room operations is an asset.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly in emergencies.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work shifts.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.

• Maintain communication with security officers via radio.

• Respond promptly to emergency calls and incidents.

• Dispatch officers or relay information when necessary.

• Record incidents, calls, and daily operational activities.

• Monitor alarm systems and respond accordingly.

• Escalate urgent matters to management when required.

• Ensure all communication equipment is functioning properly.
