Washbay Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Washbay Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our vehicle inventory. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles to company standards while supporting daily washbay operations in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Secondary Education

• Previous automotive cleaning experience is preferred but not required

• Pay close attention to detail for thorough cleaning

• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in different weather conditions

• Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines

• Good verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Knowledge of safety procedures

• Clean vehicles thoroughly, including washing, drying, vacuuming, and window cleaning.

• Removal of surface stains, residue, and scratches using the correct products.

• Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor of shortages.

• Properly dispose of waste materials generated during cleaning.

• Check completed cleaning tasks to ensure vehicles meet cleanliness standards.

• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area.

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Any other duties required by Management.
