The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the Security Department. This includes updating employee time and attendance daily in the PeoplePay software, preparing duty rosters, drafting correspondence, monitoring training activities, and preparing related materials.
A minimum of five (5) subjects at CXC (including Mathematics and English).
Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with superiors and colleagues.
A minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience in an office environment.
Experience in the Security Industry would be considered an asset.
Updating employees’ daily time and attendance records accurately in the PeoplePay system.
Drafting, issuing, and maintaining departmental correspondence (letters, memos, emails), phone calls, and incoming/outgoing mail.
Preparing duty rosters, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and drafting meeting minutes.
Maintaining training schedules/records, preparing materials, and supporting compliance audits and SOP regulations.
Managing security supplies and equipment stock, along with stepping in as an Aviation Security Officer to supplement staffing when required.
