Description

The Project Support Clerk will provide administrative and operational support to ensure projects are well organized, documented and supported from the office. The role involves data management, record keeping, coordination and supporting procurement, logistics and project documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a data entry, administrative or project support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately in QuickBooks and other company systems.

  • Input supplier invoices, expenses and payments in QuickBooks.

  • Maintain and organize digital and physical records and documents.

  • Prepare quotations, reports and correspondence as required.

  • Assist with procurement documentation, purchase orders and supplier records.

  • Maintain inventory records and support stock tracking.

  • Assist with tender documentation and project submissions.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and take minutes when required.

  • Verify accuracy of data and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity.

  • Provide general administrative support to the project team.
