The Siskin Group Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Guyana, working Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, supporting both local and international clients.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and online platforms, assist with appointment scheduling, onboard new clients, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 CSEC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
Certificate, Diploma, or tertiary education in Business, Customer Service, Administration, or a related field is an asset.
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a call center environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and cross-train in different operational areas.
Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone, email, and online messaging.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Schedule, reschedule, and manage client appointments.
Onboard new clients and ensure all required information is collected.
Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Take initiative to identify and resolve customer concerns.
Support continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
