The Customer Care Representative offers support to the Customer Care Department in Guyana and the territories by providing information in response to inquiries about products and services.
Five (5) CXC subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English Grades 1 -3
Basic Accounting knowledge
Experience in Customer Service would be an asset
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Processing financial transactions such as policy changes, expired benefits etc
Processing non-financial transactions such as assisting with loans, withdrawals and surrenders.
