The Operations Generalist is a multi-functional business support professional responsible for coordinating and executing key administrative, human resource, procurement, financial administration, and operational functions of the business. The position requires a highly organized and experienced individual capable of working independently, exercising sound judgement, and supporting management in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Business Management or similar fields.
5-10 years proven experience at a reputable organization
Highly disciplined and self driven
Responsibilities
Human Resources Management (Hiring & Recruitment, workforce planning, payroll preparation, developing SOP's)
Procurement Activities (Sourcing, purchasing, Supplier engagement, inventory management)
Basic Accounting (Petty cash management, invoice processing, receipt organization, payment documentation)
Admin (Scheduling meetings, handling emails, filing/ data entry)
