The Quality Assurance and Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring excellence across two critical domains: Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) and Talent Acquisition. This dual-functioning leadership role is directly responsible for safeguarding the quality standards of company operations, while simultaneously driving the recruitment of top-tier talent to sustain organizational growth. The Quality Assurance and Administrative Assistant will collaborate closely with the Country Manager and CEO to implement strategic goals, align QA/QC initiatives with workforce development, and promote an interconnected approach to operational quality and human capital excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification or HR Certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent).
Additional training in Process Improvement (Six Sigma, Lean Management) is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA/QC), Talent Acquisition, or a related role.
Proven experience in conducting audits, compliance reviews, and process optimization.
Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment cycles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Strong background in data analytics, KPI tracking, and report generation.
Experience in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee performance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties (But not limited to)
1. Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC):
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Manage the documentation and reporting of quality-related data, including metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee product/service testing processes and validate their consistency with established quality benchmarks.
Partner with client operations teams to ensure continuous process improvement and reduce quality-related risks.
2. Talent Acquisition:
Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with the company’s culture and objectives.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Build strong relationships with external recruiters, agencies, and professional networks to enhance the company's talent acquisition efforts.
Implement diversity and inclusion practices in all aspects of the hiring process.
3. Interlinked Responsibilities Between QA/QC and Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute training programs to enhance workforce skills and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Evaluate and recruit talent with a strong focus on quality and process improvement expertise.
Monitor team performance post-recruitment and provide feedback to align with QA/QC objectives.
Contribute to fostering a quality-driven culture by integrating QA/QC principles into employee onboarding and development.
Reporting Responsibilities

Regular updates on operational quality metrics, audit outcomes, and ongoing corrective action plans.
Recruitment progress reports, including hiring outcomes and candidate pipeline health.

High-level summaries of quality assurance effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
Strategic insights on talent acquisition trends and their impact on organizational growth.
Reports should include data-driven insights, actionable recommendations, and performance metrics to support executive decision-making
