Manage the day to day operations of the Branch in Bartica
Requirements
· At least a Diploma in Management or Marketing or equivalent professional certification with two (2) years’ experience as a Supervisor or Administrator.
OR
· At least five (5) subjects CXC with six (6) years’ experience as a Supervisor or Administrator.
· Competent in Microsoft Office.
· Technical background will be an asset.
· Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
· Good communication, analytical and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Please note this position is stationed at the Bartica Branch.
· Promote the services offered by the company including component repairs, field services and maintenance.
· Quote customers for all parts and service work and follow up on same.
· Manage the branch’s operation on a day to day basis with a general overview of a Warehouse Clerk duties.
· Ensure there is adequate inventory at all times.
· Handle customer disputes in a fair and equitable manner; follow up on any customer issues.
· Plan and execute visits to customers’ location in the interior and office.
· Ensure the branch monthly sales budget is met.
· Control branch expenses.

Machinery Corporation of Guyana Limited (MACORP) was founded in 1993 by GECOLSA a well known CATERPILLAR dealer in South America with operations in Colombia, Bahamas and some other countries with related businesses. MACORP was established by being awarded by CATERPILLAR as the only Authorized Caterpillar Dealer in Guyana. The bid of MACORP was selected from several other Companies’ bids. Companies with long and proven experience as dealers of CATERPILLAR and other manufacturers’ product line of heavy equipment. In 2018, MACORP celebrated 25 years of service to Guyana.
