The Inventory Clerk is responsible for tracking inventory process, maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock, and ensuring that inventory is organized and accounted for. This role plays a critical part in supporting a smooth operation.
CSEC including pass Mathematics and English
Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, or stock control is an asset.
Basic computer skills is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skill
Good organizational and time management skills.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock deliveries.
Update inventory databases and systems to reflect accurate stock levels.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any variances.
Organize and label stock in storage areas to ensure easy retrieval.
Assist with stock transfers and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Maintain clean and orderly storage areas.
Prepare inventory reports and submit them to supervisors.
Identify and report damaged or missing stock.
Follow company procedures for inventory control and safety regulations.
Any other assigned duties.
