Data Research & Lead Intelligence Specialist

We are looking for a highly analytical, data-oriented person to help us research industries, identify high-value leads, organize datasets, and support business development efforts in the wildfire infrastructure protection space. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with data, research, systems, and technical problem solving.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and large datasets

• Strong internet research skills

• Analytical mindset

• Self-motivated and organized

• Comfortable learning new AI and research tools quickly

• Available full time

• Must be available to work from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Guyana time

• Must complete an aptitude test that includes math and problem-solving components

• Experience with AI tools

• Data scraping or automation experience

• GIS or mapping experience

• CRM/database experience

Responsibilities

• Research companies, facilities, fire departments, utilities, and infrastructure operators

• Build and maintain lead databases

• Manage and maintain our CRM system

• Analyze and organize large amounts of information

• Identify patterns, opportunities, and target markets

• Assist with data collection, scraping, mapping, and AI-assisted research workflows

• Help support strategic outreach campaigns
