SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and helping to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field

• 1-3 years experience in sales, marketing, or similar coordinator role preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

• Experience with Canva, social media management, and basic CRM tools is an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be a owner of vehicles

• Track and follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer orders

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

• Assist in achieving sales targets and customer retention goals

• Coordinate with operations and accounts to ensure timely delivery and invoicing

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

• Act as a point of contact for customers and handle inquiries professionally
