At Optiek Ninon, we do more than sell eyewear. We help customers improve their vision, confidence, and quality of life. As a Sales representative, you will guide customers through their optical journey, from a warm in-store welcome to expert advice, accurate measurements, smooth sales handling, and high-quality eyewear delivery.
Requirements
Previous work experience in a customer-oriented environment – minimum 2 years
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
Advise customers on frames, lenses, and optical products.
Support sales targets and help create a smooth sales experience.
Handle payments, invoices, guarantees, and customer balances accurately.
Assist with grinding, assembling, repairing, and adjusting glasses.
Ensure finished eyewear meets Optiek Ninon’s quality standards.
