General Manager

The General Manager will lead a small-medium production and packaging facility, ensuring full compliance with all operational, regulatory, and documentation requirements. This role centers on strategic management, meticulous record‑keeping, inventory tracking, and adherence to strict procedural controls. The ideal candidate must be detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing a small team in a compliance‑driven environment.

• A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management or a related field. With 3 years experience at senior management level.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics or Project Management with relevant work experience, five (5) years of which must be in a senior management position in a reputable institution.

• Excellent leadership, networking, monitoring and management skills.

• Excellent communication, conflict management, skills interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Regulatory Compliance Oversight — Ensure the facility meets all requirements for operating within relevant regulations, including documentation and reporting.

• Record‑Keeping & Documentation — Oversee accurate logs, production records, inventory counts, and files

• Supervision & Team Leadership — Oversee engineer and operators, ensuring procedures are followed, documentation is completed correctly, and compliance standards are upheld.

• Inventory & Materials Tracking — Monitor all incoming materials, in‑process items, and finished goods with precise tracking and reconciliation.

• SOP Enforcement — Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures; update and refine SOPs as needed.

• Audit Preparation & Response — Prepare for internal and external audits, maintain organized records, and coordinate corrective actions.

• Facility Operations Coordination — Oversee daily production and packaging activities to ensure compliance, quality, and controlled‑volume output.

• Safety & Security Compliance — Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to all safety and security requirements associated with bonded facilities.

• Cross‑Functional Communication — Coordinate with compliance officers, logistics teams, and regulatory bodies as needed.
