We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, leadership, and financial management skills, with the ability to ensure smooth business operations and maintain corporate compliance standards.
The Operations Assistant will work closely with management to coordinate office activities, oversee operational procedures, manage records, and assist with business administration tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 CXC subjects including Mathematics and English OR,
Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is an asset
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Leadership and team coordination skills
Knowledge of financial management and bookkeeping principles
Understanding of corporate operations and business compliance procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Previous experience in administration, operations, or office management will be an advantage
