Description
BPI Guyana Inc. is seeking an energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Consumer Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of consumer products, developing strong customer relationships, increasing market penetration, and achieving sales and distribution targets within an assigned territory.
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.
Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset.
At least two (2) years of sales experience, preferably within the distribution industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and collection targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Conduct regular market visits and route calls.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Manage customer accounts and address concerns professionally.
Work closely with the Sales Supervisor and management team to drive business growth.
