The Logistics Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining smooth production flow within our garment factory. This position is responsible for managing deliveries, material pickups, small operational payments, and inventory support to ensure production deadlines are met.
This role requires reliability, discretion, efficiency, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable working both inside the factory and in the field.
Valid driver’s license (required).
At least 1–2 years experience in logistics, warehouse, or factory support.
Basic understanding of inventory processes.
Ability to lift moderately heavy materials (fabric rolls, boxes).
Trustworthy and comfortable handling company funds.
Basic computer literacy (Excel or Google Sheets preferred).

Core Responsibilities
1. Deliveries & Production Support
Deliver finished garments to clients, retailers, or partners.
Pick up fabric, trims, labels, packaging, and production materials from suppliers.
Transport garments to embroidery, printing, washing, or finishing vendors when required.
Ensure all items are checked against invoices before transport.
Maintain signed delivery notes and transport logs.
2. Inventory & Stock Assistance
Receive and verify incoming fabric rolls, trims, and supplies.
Assist with recording stock into inventory system or manual logs.
Monitor low-stock materials and notify management.
Support weekly and monthly stock counts.
Organize and label storage areas to maintain efficiency.
3. Payments & Operational Errands
Facilitate small supplier payments and collect official receipts.
Handle bank deposits or payment pickups when required.
Assist with customs pickups or courier collections.
Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions handled.
4. General Operational Support
Assist with loading/unloading fabric rolls and boxes.
Support packaging and dispatch during peak periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock and dispatch areas.
Report delays, discrepancies, or supplier issues immediately.
